 How can I track my order?

Check your order status by logging in to your account.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number and link to the carrier's website.

Click on the link to follow your order's journey.

RETURNS

All returns must be made within 7 days upon receiving order.

How do I return an item?

  1. Email orders@dogstar.com.au, listing your order number, name, items to be returned and reason for return.
  2. Wait to receive a confirmation from us.
  3. Post your item back (trackable parcel) to the address below:

Alternatively, bring the item back to any dogstar boutique

         

What if I have changed my mind about an item?

Send your item back to us within 7 days for a store credit or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all original tags still attached.

 

Have you received my return?

Returns take 2-5 business days to reach us. Once received, it will be processed within 1-3 business days.

When filling out the returns form, select Returns and include the order number of the item you returned.

Upon us receiving your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Tip! For us to safely track your return parcel's journey back to us, please drop your return off at any Australia Post office.

All returns must be sent in a trackable satchable provided by Australia Post.

 

Exchange for a different size

To exchange your item for another size, please email us at orders@dogstar.com.au to organise an exchange.

Your exchange item will be on hold for 7 days, after which it will automatically be taken off hold.

Please ensure you post your return back to us well before then to avoid missing out. Once received, we will process your exchange  within 1-3 business days.

 

What if my item is faulty?

In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, our Customer Service team will help resolve the problem as fast as possible.

Please help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process.

What if the item I received is not what I ordered?

If you received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team who will help resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Email orders@dogstar.com.au with the subject INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED.

 

What if I don't have the original delivery packaging?

If you are missing your original dogstar tag , please post your return garment back in a safe and durable bag.

A copy of the return slip MUST be included.

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for safely packing your return so we receive the items in their original condition.

All garments returned must include original labels wqhich have been stitched onto the garment itself.

Items without these will not be accepted. Items which have been tampered with any form of alteration will not be accepted.

This includes garment care labels and hanging tapes.

 

Can I return sale items?

Yes, you can return sale items for a store credit or exchange. Sale items must be returned within 7 days and can be exchanged or store credited. Refunds are not applicable on sale items.

Samples and faulty items are sold as is and cannot be returned. 

 

How do I change my order?

Our team at the warehouse processes and packs your order as fast as possible.

Orders can only be changed if they have not been shipped.

If this is the case, please call us on (07) 3217 4055 to advise us on your request for a change in order.
